Love Makes the World Go Around, and No One Loves Like a Dog

You’ve likely seen the phrase, “We don’t deserve dogs” and they truly prove it every day.

When a day goes pear shaped, or a relationship isn’t quite as forever as you’d hoped, dogs are there with a gentle nudge and an insistence that you get up, go for a walk and carry on. Nothing will ever stop your dog from being there for you, and nothing should stop you from being there for them.

These posts represent who I am, a person who loves to write, craft and live in a world filled with dog hair. A person who lives with depression and anxiety and often cannot find the right words to speak aloud and alleviate the noise in my head. A person who wakes up every day and does what needs doing because if I let myself, I would lie in bed with a blanket over my head forever.

While I can loosely can be defined as a runner, so long as you enjoy walking, I also need to have either coffee or wine in my hand depending on the time of day. I struggle with love, work and finding a place in this world as well as knowing how to properly make a cat eye with eyeliner. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for the people I love, but the rest of the world is on its own.

Like most people who survived 2020, I made some life changes. One of those changes was getting married on October 19th and while I had planned to publish the wedding crafts I created, I simply didn’t have the energy. I recently self-published a book on Amazon under the pen name E.N. Crane. At the top of the page you’ll find a link related to all thing related to my career as an author!
